At PistaMisù, every tiramisù is freshly handmade to order using carefully selected ingredients. As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been collected or delivered.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Refunds & Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive the wrong order.
  • Your order arrives damaged or is not fit for consumption.
  • A product is missing from your order.

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To help us investigate, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a full or partial refund where applicable.

 

Change or Cancellation of Orders

As every order is freshly prepared, orders can only be changed or cancelled if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled collection or delivery time.

Requests made within 24 hours of collection or delivery may not be possible, and refunds cannot be guaranteed as ingredients and preparation may already have begun.

 

Allergies

Our products contain allergens including, but not limited to, milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), and may contain nuts or peanuts depending on the flavour.

Please check the product description carefully before ordering. If you have any allergy concerns, contact us before placing your order. We cannot issue refunds due to allergic reactions where allergen information has been provided.

 

Delivery & Collection

Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery. If there are any issues, notify us as soon as possible and within 24 hours.
